The Box London is a small and friendly set-up with a back-to-basics training style. Using fun and innovative ideas to motivate people and help them achieve their goals, no matter what their age or level of ability.

The Box London offers a range of services from Boxing Classes through to Fitness Sessions and Personal Training. Book your class today and join us @ The Pavilion

  • BOXING TRAINING

    The Box London prides itself on including a variety of bag work, shadow boxing, and footwork. Members will also go through a variety of core, cardio, and strength exercises.

     

    Each class will be designed to teach professional boxing and self defense skills without any contact in a commercial environment.

  • ADULT FITNESS CLASSES

    The Box London prides itself on having a fun, welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

    We offer a variety of exercise classes ranging from high-intensity cardio workouts to low impact strength work. All levels are welcome! Our certified trainers can offer modifications to meet all your fitness needs. See our Group Fitness Schedule for more details. Membership includes unlimited classes. Non-members can pay a drop-in fee of £15 per class. 

  • KIDS BOXING CLASSES

    At The Box London we aim to build childrens' confidence through teaching respect and discipline, as well as expecting the children to progress from taking part in our classes and activities.

     

    Children will improve their motivation and commitment, self-esteem, and self-defence whilst having fun!

ONLINE CLASSES

Now you can train with us from a comfort of your own home via Zoom app! We designed 30-minutes workouts that will improve your strength and fitness!

The classes consist of Strength, Conditioning  - using household equipment and and Boxing - shadow boxing,  breaking down of punches and combinations.
