ONLINE CLASSES
Now you can train with us from a comfort of your own home via Zoom app! We designed 30-minutes workouts that will improve your strength and fitness!
The classes consist of Strength, Conditioning - using household equipment and and Boxing - shadow boxing, breaking down of punches and combinations.
