Non-Contact Youth & Kids Boxing

Where Fun Meets Fitness

Forget about black eyes and bruises. In our ring, safety is the champ. The environment we cultivate does not allow for direct blows to participants, as we prioritise an approach centred around boosting self-confidence, enhancing abilities, and ensuring that everyone has an enjoyable time in a nurturing environment.

The focus here is heavily placed on mastering the art of movement, perfecting quick, straight punches known as jabs, and learning how to execute uppercuts and hooks – all without exposing anyone to the dangers of physical injury.

Those who attend our non-contact youth boxing classes often find these sessions the highlight of their week.

Kids Boxing Classes

Kids boxing classes are meticulously crafted to cater to children between five and ten years old. They offer a comprehensive workout that engages numerous muscle groups, fostering physical strength and enhancing the crucial coordination between mental and physical agility.

Teenager Boxing Classes

Teenager boxing classes are tailored specifically for young adults in this age category who are searching for an alternative method to achieve physical fitness. Each session is designed to inspire and engage in physical activity to return to good health and gain a positive self-image.

Supporting West London Youth Through Sports and Education

At The Box London, our commitment goes beyond the boxing ring. We take pride in actively supporting and collaborating with local youth groups, primary and secondary schools, and colleges, all of whom are dedicated to nurturing and guiding the youth of West London through impactful sporting initiatives.

In alignment with our values, we extend a helping hand to these community partners by actively participating in the GB Boxing awards and contributing to their physical education programs. By doing so, we aim to foster a sense of healthy lifestyle, discipline, and resilience among the young minds of West London. We understand the pivotal role that primary and secondary schools play in shaping young individuals. Through our involvement, we strive to enhance the overall well-being and development of the students.

We believe in the transformative power of sports, and through our collaborative efforts with local youth groups and educational institutions, we are dedicated to fostering a community where every young individual can thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally. Together, we are not just a boxing gym but a community building a foundation for a stronger and more resilient West London youth.
