It will take some time and hard work to build a better body. Take things fairly easy at the beginning, otherwise, you might be tempted to cancel that new gym membership before Valentine’s Day...Don’t expect lasting change for at least three months.
2. Focus on the bigger picture to stay motivated.
Let’s be realistic, a more active life isn’t going to happen overnight. Your mind and body need time to adapt to new routines. Motivation often follows action. The more action you take, the more motivated you’ll feel. Do not make your New Year’s Resolutions January Resolutions. The secret is that you will see results all the way through, you just need to look out for them. It's going to take much longer than 30 days.
3. Write down your fitness New Year's Resolution and display it with pride.
Goals are more achievable when written down and shared on social media. What are you waiting for? Tell your friends and family to get support along the way!
